A cartoon of discarded fetuses in a trash can made my dad pro-life some 20 years ago. And this cartoon caused John Derbyshire to vote for McCain against every bone in his body and after months of insisting he never would. So. Go feed the caveman (the official cartoonist of Wheat & Weeds), who’s refusing to listen to election returns this evening. He’s just going to draw his cartoon and go to bed he says, and get his bad news in one fell swoop in the morning. I’d do that too if there was any
